Yes! You can upload your logo from the invoice editor. Your logo will appear in the top-right corner of your invoices, giving them a professional branded look. Both free and Pro users can add logos.

In the invoice editor, you'll find a tax toggle switch. Simply enable it and enter your tax rate (as a percentage). The tax will be automatically calculated and displayed on your invoice before the total.

Email invoicing is a Pro feature. Pro users can email invoices directly from BooInvoice with a single click. Free users can download the PDF and send it manually through their own email client.

You can cancel anytime from your Account settings. Go to Account → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically return to the free plan with your first 3 clients saved.

Yes! We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

You can add bank transfer details (account name, sort code, account number) or PayPal email addresses to your invoices. This information appears at the bottom of your invoices so clients know how to pay you.
